This is a great Red Beryl from Utah. I really like the fact it’s on matrix and out of an old collection. What’s interesting is the fact that it is supposedly from the Thomas range and not the Wah Wah Mountains. The Thomas range usually has tabular crystals with less red, this one has nice red color and more of the elongated shape! $100!
