Our first over 100 dollar item of the day is going to be this 3.2 gram Watermelon Tourmaline for $200! This piece has quite a few color zones in it, and is rather difficult to get. Nice luster, and crystal shape! Uncommon to see so many colors in such a gem tourmaline. Available on @over_100_dollar_gems

Here is a nice deal of high quality Hackmanite Rough! These pieces have a nice lavender color however when you expose them to Longwave blacklight you can get them to change to a darker purple color. Hackmanite is a rare, sulfur-rich mineral that is a variety of sodalite. Hackmanite exhibits a unique optical property called tenebrescence, which is a type of reversible photochromism. This means that the gem can temporarily change color when exposed to different light forms, and revert to its original color in the dark. When exposed to UV light, hackmanite glows hot orange, and then a hot neon purple after the UV is removed. The color persists for some time, minutes to hours, depending on the strength of the light source. $100 for all 5pc.

The last item of the day, is going to be this amazing Schorl Tourmaline paired with Hyalite Opal! The Hyalite Opal on this specimen is daylight fluorescent, and highly UV reactive. I love how aesthetic this cluster is with multiple doubly terminated Schorl crystals and the bubbly Hyalite Opal. $44!

Shattuckite is very rarely seen in sphere form, due to its rarity. This piece has great color, showing great blue paired with green, and a few other colors. This comes from a newer find out of Namibia, and it would make a great addition to your collection. $77! This material is called “ocho” for the eight minerals included: Chrysocolla / Shattuckite / Azurite / Dioptase / Malachite / Cuprite / Hematite / Quartz!

I really like this 9 piece parcel of sapphires from Sri Lanka. They have great clarity, color, and cutting. Priced at just $100, for two carats, it’s a great price to add to your collection. These would look great in jewelry, and the price per piece is very low.

Sold! A long time ago in Namibia, there was a special find of Spessartine Garnet. For years and years, there was no material being found, until earlier this year, in the town of Usakos. They found another find of top quality Spessartine Garnet. This Spessartine Garnet, is some of the best Garnet to have come from Namibia. This piece weighs roughly 1 g and has amazing clarity, color, and crystal shape. Getting a piece of this quality is extremely difficult, and this piece is priced at $150. Here is a larger single crystal of Azurite from a recent find in Morocco. This piece has great crystal shape, luster, and aesthetics. I really like how there’s intersecting crystals at the top of the termination, and it really adds to the uniqueness of the specimen! $100!
